Commons License Template Import

When re-using images from Commons, we need to create a local copy because the Commons API access is too slow for more than a handful of images per page and often times out. We therefore have created an automatic import, see Caching Wikimedia Commons file to local repository.
One problem is that images come with a metadata page, which mostly uses only a small set of license templates, but a significant proportion uses a large spectrum of rarely used license templates. In March 2013, these were imported to the biowikifarm species-ID openmedia repository.
The titles and the import xml file are preserved in File:Commons License Template Import 2013.7z for future comparisons
